hello im having GP now and we're supposed to research on cloning! which i am doing, subconsciously. and jon sng is in my group and he's soloing so :)
ppl around me have been surprisingly studious this week, or at least, they attempt to be. david lau studying was a rare sight until recently. i guess thats what the common tests were for, to scare people into working hard. its effects are pretty apparent :D
last saturday there was the match against another church, and it turned out that we had only 9 people, so 2 kind souls from the other team came over, including brian raui - who's an s league player! he played defence, and it was a fun time of fellowship with hosanna baptist church. ben khong scored a really spectacular goal while jason bulldozed their defence and scored 4...so we won 5-3!
so this week has been pretty uneventful, basically school and lazing around/working after school. wednesday was really fun cuz after sch we went to play DDR! then after that i went to play table tennis with justin and practised breakdancing a while on stage with dehui and the other gymnasts. afterwards rayner and i were supposed to work but after a short while peichian came and told us the j2s were going to play soccer at the astroturf. all our willpower seeped away and we packed our bags and went off to enjoy ourselves at the reminiscient astroturf :)
thanks joober for listening to me, and praying too, i felt much better afterwards. although i was feeling ill, thank God that a good 9 hr rest did the trick - i feel okay now.
thank you for agreeing to keep an open mind, and although i know its difficult, we will take things slowly, 1 step at a time?

today there was the anti-drug thingy held at youth park....it wasn't too large scale, but there was a crowd nevertheless. there was a street soccer competition and a DOTA competition nearby, both of which i looked on with great interest :D the dance was okay, i fell for my butterfly360 but i didn't land awfully so it was okay! and it wasn't too obvious either. poor joy lost her bag! she seemed quite distraught..
friday was rhythmic gym comp! i thouht everyone did erally well....and some ppl were just scary. after u give them a compliment they start crying...HAIYO. the whole event made me very sleepy because there were many many competitors and it was so hot...which made me doze off several times. i only woke up when RJ or the CCAB girls competed. well done to evelyn, amy, zhuzhu, maddy, annabelle :D
after that i went to SA dance night with joober, ali, wanjun, jem, rayner. it was pretty good i thought, just that there were many invited dance troupes, not that im complaining. the best breakdancing troupe in singapore was there and they put up an enthralling performance! there was this guy who could do airtrack...joober was smitten with all of them and ali was smitten with the tall guy, whom she didn't like after seeing him close up. haha. -_____-
this weeks been pretty fun filled, but i really need to catch up with my tutorials! contrary to what everyone else thinks >=[
haha acsi band concert would've been alot of better if i was there, huh! :D

we won! (surprise, surprise) hahaha kay lah we all felt good yet cheapskate...but nevermind..its our first gold as a TEAM!!!!!! cheers to us. i'lll upload the gym comp pics once my father gets back cus i used a weird camera. i got gym videos on allll our routines for every apparatus too..:D nah nah did really well and got 1st individual! beat alan :O SURPRISING. by 0.05 haha... but alan didn't perform to his best..gave him chance!
then gym dinner was really fun..we had 2. on wed and fri. wed with RJ and fri with RI. fish and co on wed was super gddddddddddddddddd.. i had swordfish collar which was SUMPTIOUS, and friday's seoul garden, as usual, was a feast. with xavier sitting at our table, how boring could things get? really had fun that night...talkinga bout all sorts of nonsense :)
i can't believe i didn't seeeee u during COMP!! SO SORYYYYY but u still ROckkkkkk. thanks joober for coming down to support ALTHOUGH IT WAS ONLY 15 min.
now everythings so hectic PW COUNCIL DANCE!! next week we're performing dunowhewre for some anti-drug campaign...we're doing the dance night dance and we need to redo it cus j2s and chenwei arne't involved! LUCKILY there's still dehui if not we're dead!
anywayyyy its gona be a fun filled month :) i think! musn't forget the books! and dota!

tramp comp was amusing, we arrived JUST in time to tryout the tramp, just that nahnah wasn't present cus he was at home playing dota -_- anyway..raffles did really well, RJ guys got first and girls got 2nd, RI B div first, C div 3rd, RG won sth too i cant rmb what hahhaa
so artistic comp's tmr,,, im so worried. this is the year that we have a good chance of bagging individual prizes..next year the chances will be much slimmer cus all the pro sec4s will be coming up.
these few days have been quite difficult for me....for council i have to rush some function proposal thing which includes meeting up with our seniors. i've been trying to catch up with work too cus i've been missing lessons cus of match support and gym.
on the bright side my CTs have been satisfactory, thank God for giving me the discipline to study during the holidays :)
i misssssss my friends who've i've drifted slightly from these few days :( i'll use the time after comp to catch up with them...

YAYYYYYYYYYY CTS R OVERrrrrrrr. in rayner's words... 'dota dota dota dota'...
hahaha. the CTS weren't horrific, but considering the amount of effort i put in...they probably were. haha..chem was typically difficult...physics was mind boggling but intriguing, math was very tutorial-ish (meaning difficult but can do with practice), and bio was...i duno whether i got the answer or not.
anyway..i've alot of thank yous to say to ppl who have helped me tide through this rough period of adapting to JC tests - a sudden increase in depth of subject :( to the people who have been cooped up with me in the library alllll week...jem nah rayner jobbbeerrnet alicia zhuzhu thanks for being suchh funkyyyy studying partnersss :D its alot more fun studying with you all aroundd. and i'd like to thankkkk geri and matin!! for being more than just dance seniors and helping me out with all my subjects :D smart ppl !!
yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy cts are over so now its time to prepare for gym comp. hope july'll be an exciting month :D esp with all the interhouse games....and spending time with people, outside of classrooms. gym tramp comp's gona be at CCAB on 7th july...then the artistic comp is the week of 11thjuly..not sure which day exactly. i think a portion of it is in the morninggg :(
and there's gona be dance workshop!so im supposed to be in charge of publicity for the guys workshop...im thinking of asking dehui to do all the publicity stufff..ahhaa. WANNA BE COOL LIkE DEHUI!? THEN SIGN UP!!!!!!!! haaaah...the combined publicity for workshop will be jobbernet and ali dancing on stage......then maybe evelyn chew singing...or something...haha. cus ali evelyn and i are i/c but we're gona sabo jobbernet ha ha haa
